Hyproinc COVID-19 Customer Update


Dear Hyproinc Customer;

At Hyproinc Media, our number one priority is the health and safety of our customers, clients and staff. We know you have questions and I want to personally assure you that we are monitoring the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) closely. We are monitoring expert recommendations, including guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Johns Hopkins University Coronavirus Resource Center, and local health officials.

Beyond simply monitoring the situation, we are taking active measures to make sure the products that gets delivered to your home from our warehouse are safe and secure. We have always, and shall continue to adhere to strict hygienic standards (hand and surface sanitizer, masks, gloves, etc.) and we are committed to continuing the trend as to not contribute to the spread of this global virus. As a precaution, products offered on our website from worldwide distributors shall be halted for a minimum of 14 days. These halted products include BJORLIE Brand items (including but not limited to T-Shirts, Jackets, Footwear, Coffee Mugs, Tablet Covers, etc.) Any orders placed on halted products will be canceled and you will receive a full refund.

Health and safety are all of our responsibilities. We encourage you to practice safety measures at home and when you’re out. Wash your hands with soap and water frequently, cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or your elbow if you have to sneeze or cough, and please stay home if you are sick. Take measures to avoid unnecessary contact with large crowds and confined gatherings of people to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
